Nova Freight is putting CDL-A drivers into brand-new Freightliner & Peterbilt trucks pulling freight across all 48 states — reefer is our main focus, plus dry van and intermodal. Home on weekends. Paid every week. No games — just miles, money, and a truck you'll be proud to park.
Our home base is in South Jordan, in the Salt Lake City metro. We run freight out of Utah to all 48 states — reefer is our main focus, with dry van and intermodal freight alongside it — and we plan your runs so your weekends land back home, not on the road.
Reefer is our main freight and it runs year-round — food and pharma don't stop for seasons. Dry van and intermodal freight fill in alongside it. That means steady miles for you, week after week, in every month of the year.
Your rate is based on your experience — and it's agreed up front, before you turn a wheel. No surprises on the settlement.
Our drivers run from 12,000 miles in a 4-week stretch — that's real, steady OTR work, roughly 3,000 miles a week, not promises that vanish after week one.
Run this week, get paid this week. Weekly settlements you can plan a life around — rent, family, everything.
Pass a weigh-station / DOT inspection clean — no violations — and we pay you a bonus of up to $300 for it. Good inspections protect your record and ours, and we put money behind that.
Know a good CDL-A driver? Bring them to Nova Freight — when we hire a driver you referred, you get $500. Good drivers know good drivers, and we pay for the introduction.
Every month, we put $700 toward your medical coverage. Driving OTR shouldn't mean going without health insurance — with Nova, it's part of the package from the start.
OTR doesn't have to mean living on the road. We plan your runs so your reset happens at home, with your family.
Drag the sliders. This is the math we do with every driver before day one — our drivers run from 12,000 miles every 4 weeks, so the slider starts at that pace: 3,000 a week.
Estimate only — based on the miles and rate you set above, 52 weeks. Your actual rate is set by experience and confirmed in writing before you start.
Apply nowYou'll drive 2026–2027 model-year equipment — the newest generation Freightliner Cascadia and Peterbilt — assigned to you, maintained right, and spec'd for real OTR comfort: a fridge in the cab, a Webasto bunk heater for cold nights, an automatic transmission, and modern safety systems watching the road with you.
Reefer is our core work — temperature-controlled freight is the backbone of the grocery and pharma supply chain: consistent, essential, and it pays. Alongside reefer we also run dry van and intermodal freight, so the work stays varied and the miles stay steady.
Our main freight is refrigerated — steady, year-round loads that don't disappear when the market cools down.
True OTR: all 48 contiguous states. Long runs, real miles — the kind that make the paycheck make sense.
Dispatch plans the week so your reset lands at home on the weekend — not wherever the load happened to end.
"Here, you're not a truck number. You talk straight to the owner."
Nova Freight is a small company in the middle of its growth — and that's exactly the opportunity. The drivers who join now aren't filling a seat in a fleet of thousands. They're building this company with us, and they'll be remembered for it.
Not sure you check every box? Reach out anyway — nf.freight7@gmail.com. We'd rather talk to a good driver than lose one to a checklist.

Pay rate, home time, equipment: all on the table, all agreed before you commit to anything.

Reviews here come straight from the drivers who run with us — no review sites, no filters. If you've driven for Nova Freight, tell the next driver what it's really like: the pay, the trucks, the miles, the home time. Good or bad, it goes on the record.
